'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' started with an aspiration: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to Rome. Established by the Rossi family in 1985, our small and family-owned pizzeria offered generations-old recipes.

Marco Rossi, the originator, mastered pizza creation during her Italian sojourns, notably with experienced pizzaiolos in Naples, where pizza was conceived. Back in the UK, her mission was to offer an authentic Italian pizza experience, with classic techniques and premium ingredients.

Our quaint 12-seater initial venture has expanded into a cherished neighborhood fixture, yet our pledge to excellence and genuine practices remains unchanged. We consistently use traditional wood-fired ovens, prepare our dough from scratch daily, and choose only the best ingredients available.

Now, 'Crust & Craft Pizzeria' is still family-run, with the Rossi successors at the helm, guiding our enthusiastic team. While integrating modern touches, we uphold our core ethos: crafting exquisite, real pizza that unites people.
